Where's Your Order?

During the holidays, many customers are often calling and emailing about their order status worried their gift items won't arrive in time.  Don't forget, you can easily track your package's progress via our website!  

Once you get a tracking number through your account, you can simply punch in the number according to the delivery service used and you'll find out where your art supplies are! 

Once shipments leave our warehouse, it takes some time for the postal service and UPS/Fed Ex services to upload data so please be patient if the status isn't available right away.  And also, keep in mind that once the order leaves our hands, it is up to the service to handle delivery so we can't always control delivery time in case winter storms occur or delivery issues happen etc.
