Track Your OrderEager for your art supplies? Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours, provided all of the items are in stock. If we are unable to fulfill the order within 24 business hours, we will contact you via email to let you know the status of your order.
To track your order:
| 1) | Go to My Account |
| 2) | Click on the "Order Details" link of the order you want to track. |
| 3) | You will find the list of ordered products above the shipping and billing information. Find the tracking number and shipping company of the item you wish to track. Copy the tracking number. |
| 4) | Return to the Order Tracking page and paste the tracking number into the appropriate shipping company box. |
