Somerset Photo Enhanced Ink Jet Paper - We entered the inkjet paper market with Museo Papers and the response has been phenomenol. We asked our customers for suggestions of other fine quality papers and Somerset Photo Enhanced kept surfacing. This is the answer for artists who demand an inkjet paper that shares the same texture and feel of a watercolor paper, but with exceptional depth of color normally associated with glossy photo papers for their reproductions. The paper has a special invisible coating on one side that allows you to produce a print with a very high resolution and has a wide color gamut. After printing, the ink looks like it's in the paper, not on it, giving a slight softness to the image. Meanwhile, the 100% cotton, acid free base sheet is buffered to protect the artwork from attack by acids in the atmosphere. For archival prints the use of pigmented inks is recommended.
Mouldmade in England by St. Cuthbert’s Mill-Inveresk PLC of 100% cotton, neutral pH, velvet finish (vellum) base stock with an inkjet receptive surface treatment to increase color gamut and maximize ink loads. Radiant White.
