Take I-90 and exit at 490 East.
From 490E, take the Plymouth road exit.

From the East (Syracuse, Sodus, Canandaigua):
Take I-90 and exit at 490 West.
Follow 490 into Downtown Rochester exit at the Broad & Plymouth exit.
